What we do at SoulTrain and how we can help you.

1-2-1 Personal Training

Working directly with coachIndividual personal training programme tailored to your goals.  The whole facility to yourself for truly private personal training experience.

 

Semi Private (Group) Training

Working with coach to an individual training plan to achieve goals.  Not quite 1-2-1 as there will be up to 4 x persons in the session who will also be working towards their own personal goals.  Cost effective approach as this allows the individual to exercise at SoulTrain with a coach more frequently.  Working in the group environment can be very motivating and rewarding.

Strength & Conditioning for Runners (All sports)

Studies (1) show  2 to 3 x's per week can be of benefit to distance runners.
