Soul Train Junior Athletic Development Programme for Young Sports People

An opportunity to improve your son or daughter’s overall physical health and wellbeing through a strength and conditioning programme tailored to their individual start points and needs.

Whether it be to improve their energy levels, stamina and flexibility, balance and mobility, whatever sport or sports they wish to engage in, this programme will help to enhance their performance and confidence.

Over 6 weeks of one-hour sessions on Mondays, 6.45 till 7.30 pm, the programme will develop a range of fundamental movement skills. We will also work on mobility, stability, coordination and balance. 

Cost per child - £3.00 per individual session or £5.00 for 2 x siblings. £15.00 for 6 sessions.

*The sessions can be run for a specific sport or team, e.g. junior footballers, but will have applications to a wide range of sport and leisure activities.
