Service Description

Join Coach Maz and athletes of all ages, backgrounds and abilities in the SoulTrain Unit (Dronfield) for high quality Strength & Conditioning. These regular sessions are open to all Runners, Cyclists, Climbers and any other sporting or athletic endeavour. Sessions involve small groups to maintain quality and where ever possible I customise to an individual’s needs be it experience, returning from injury, working towards a race, season or event. Some of the reasons you should come along to sessions at SoulTrain: - Increased strength & power - Improve top end speed - Build capacity to train within your own sport - Improve you running economy - Potentially reduce incidence of injury - Learn new skills including Olympic Weightlifting. - Laugh out aloud loads You’ll be training alongside like minded folk who want to improve in their sport, in a fully equipped, safe environment. The atmosphere is super relaxed, but work gets done. The coach is experienced and will take the time to ensure you learn the skills to get you through to the next level of sizzle.
